2. Platform Description
VitalWealth is a personal Wealth-Health Synergy platform that links algorithmic trading performance with biometric health data through a real-time feedback loop. The platform includes a Trading Bot Monitor (Cash Generator), Biometric Bridge, and Dopamine Engine.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use VitalWealth.
4. Algorithmic Trading Disclaimer
- The Cash Generator monitors a private, personal trading bot only
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- Cryptocurrency trading carries significant risk of loss
- The Kill Switch is a convenience feature with no guaranteed latency
- You are solely responsible for your bot configuration, API keys, and exchange accounts
5. Biometric Data Terms
By connecting a device, you grant VitalWealth permission to read HR, HRV, stress, and related metrics. Biometric readings are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. You can disconnect your device at any time.
6. Dopamine Engine Terms
Audio rewards are for motivational purposes and are not therapeutic treatment. VitalWealth makes no claims about health benefits of frequency-based audio.
7. Kill Switch
While we strive for minimal latency, VitalWealth does not guarantee zero-latency execution or protection against losses during the command-to-execution window.
8. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining security of your account. All API keys are encrypted with AES-256, but you must safeguard your own exchange credentials.
9. Prohibited Uses
- Using VitalWealth to manage or solicit third-party funds
- Reverse-engineering or tampering with the Platform
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Misrepresenting features as financial or medical advice
10. Limitation of Liability
VitalWealth is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for financial losses from trading, health outcomes from biometric monitoring, or damages arising from use of the Platform.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding of VitalWealth are owned by VitalWealth and protected by intellectual property laws.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Upon termination, data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
